We know how unsettling and anxiety-filled moving can be. Our founder, Beth Archibald, moved 11 times in 7 years during her husband’s naval career. Being left on her own gave her valuable insight into supporting families during times of transition.
Beth started her own relocation management and real estate company, thinking that was how she could best help other families. She quickly realized that the underpinnings of a relocation — settling into a new community, finding your place — can make or break a career transition. And she knew that the care and thought she put into her clients’ home purchases could translate into a successful and fulfilling experience for families.
Beth isn’t the only Archibald with experience delivering creative, high-value client services. Her son, Rob, now serves as president of their company. Rob studied and worked internationally for several years, including a successful run as an advertising account director for Kentucky Fried Chicken, Nike and Nike Tokyo. His personal experience gave him valuable insight into international relocation.
Now Rob and Beth are imagining how to turn the employee relocation services industry on its head and lead the company into the future.
